Suncreen and Sunblock - What’s the Difference?

August 11th, 2010

Many people incorrectly assume that suncreen and sunblock are the same, but they are not.

While both products may have the same properties to offer protection from the sun’s harmful rays, a sunblock is stronger than suncreen and is more able to block out a majority of the UVA/UVB rays and radiation. Titanium dioxide and zinc oxide are often the two main ingredients in a sunblock.

As for suncreen, while the cream or lotion is also able to protect against the Sun’s UVA/UVB rays, the protection from a sunscreen breaks down at a faster rate once exposed to sunlight, thus for the need for the cream to be consistently reapply to help protect the skin against sunburn.

If you have sensitive skin and want both the protection of a sunblock and suncreen, one of the best rated product you can try is Fallene Cotz SPF 58 Water Resistant UVB/UVA Sunscreen. It is a mineral-based sunscreen that utilizes the same ingredients in a sunblock such as ultra-micronized titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, and iron oxide to offer a full-spectrum protection against the Sun’s harmful UVA and UVB rays.

Tested by dermatologists, the Fallene Cotz SPF 58 suncreen is also specially designed and formulated for photo-sensitive individuals, yet it is also perfect for anyone concerned about maintaining healthy skin and promoting the integrity of their immune system.

Run Car on Water and Gas - For Real Or Scam?

October 12th, 2008

Want to know if it’s possible to convert your car to run on water and gas? And can this water for gas conversion system really improve your vehicle’s fuel efficiency or is it a scam?

The buzz on this water for gas hybrid technology began when fuel prices around the world escalated to record highs. With no immediate relief from oil companies or the government in sight, ordinary folks began searching for alternative energy resources or gas saving technologies that will help them combat the rising cost of fuel. And currently, one of the most controversial and talked about solution is how to convert one’s car to run on water and gas to increase fuel efficiency.

Run Your Car On Water - The Truth

To begin with, run your car on water is not about adding water to the gas tank and driving your car completely on water. This kind of water fuel combination won’t mix and will result in serious damages to your car. Which is why the general community is having problems believing such water for gas conversion is genuine and calls it a scam.

In actual fact, the water for gas system explains that it still requires you to add gasoline to your vehicle’s gas tank to run your car. The secret to running your car on water lies in installing a “water fuel cell kit” that hooks directly onto your car’s engine. The water in the kit is then broken down into two components namely oxygen and hydrogen through the process of electrolysis. The oxygen and hydrogen is then converted to HHO or Brown’s Gas which is then used as fuel for cars. This way, fuel consumption is drastically reduced and hence the term, run your car on water or drive car with water.

In 2004, FISITA World Automotive Congress also performed a test on the addition of HHO from water to a single cylinder direct injection fuel engine and concluded that when a small amount of hydrogen is added, the combustion process of the internal combustion engines could be considerably enhanced.

Therefore, it is a proven fact that when a car is fitted with a hydrogen fuel cell kit, it can help increase the fuel economy of the vehicle. In fact, even big automobiles companies like BMW and Honda Technology are in the process of developing this water hybrid technology into their own cars and industry insiders are already saying that this water-gas technology will be the standard in new automobiles and most cars will be running with water and gas within the next 5 to 10 years!

Run car on water may be the future but if you want to enable your car to be more fuel efficient and save yourself thousands of dollars in fuel costs every year, the future is now!

Did you know that you can build your own hydrogen fuel cell for less than $150? Run your car on water and increase your vehicle’s fuel efficiency today!

Save Money And Gas With Ethos Fuel Reformulator

September 20th, 2008
Ethos Fuel Reformulator

As the cost of filling up a gas gets more expensive, many smart motorists have now switched to using alternative fuel additives to help save money, save gas and increase gas mileage. One such popular gas additives that is having remarkable results is the Ethos Fuel Reformulator.

Ethos Fuel Reformulator or Gas Reformulator offers a cost effective solution to help industry meet environmental regulations and relieve skyrocketing fuel prices.

Ethos Gas Reformulator reduces fuel costs by producing a net gain in mileage above cost. Ethos Gas Reformulator contains two families of esters, a group of cleaning esters and a group of lubricating esters in a mineral oil base. It cleans and lubricates the internal parts of the engine without the use of petroleum-derived products commonly found in fuel additives. The main objective is to make fuels self-cleaning and self-lubricating without increasing toxic emissions. Moving parts function more smoothly with reduced heat and friction, requiring less maintenance. Ethos removes carbon deposits, one of the culprits that cause fuel to combust incompletely, resulting in wasted fuel that creates toxic emissions. The combination of cleaning and lubricating esters in Ethos stabilize the fuel without changing its specifications.

The overall result is that Ethos Fuel Reformulator makes engines combust fuel more completely, reduces fuel consumption and reduces non-combusted residues that an engine expels in the form of exhaust emissions, such as hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, particulate matter and other harmful products of combustion.

Hundreds of millions of miles of road tests has proven that vehicles using Ethos on average increase fuel mileage between 7% and 19% and reduce emissions by more than 30%. Commercial fleets in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, Asia and Europe use Ethos Fuel Reformulator and is the consumers preferred alternative fuel program to to save gas, improve mileage and help the environment.
